A valid passport is required. U.S. citizens do not need a visa for Panama.

When should I purchase airfare?

Purchase airfare as soon as you receive your confirmation email.

What is the arrival airport?

Tocumen International Airport (PTY).

Is travel insurance required?

Yes, travel insurance with trip cancellation coverage is mandatory to attend this trip.

I’m worried about my age in the group.

No worries! Travelers typically range from 25–65 years old, ensuring a diverse and welcoming group.

What’s the group size?

We prioritize small, intimate groups for a personalized and enriching experience.

What Payment Methods are accepted?

Zelle is our preferred payment method! When checking out, simply select "Bank Deposit/Zelle"—no payment will be processed at that time. I’ll then send you a formal invoice with my Zelle information to complete your payment. 

If you choose other payment methods (PayPal, debit/credit card, Shop pay), a 6% fee is  included to cover processing costs.
