Arrive in Tokyo and check in to your hotel. In the evening, meet your travel sisters for a welcome dinner to kick off the week together.

Do I need a passport or visa?

Yes, a valid passport is required. U.S. citizens do not need a visa for stays under 90 days.

What is the arrival airport?

Haneda Airport (HND). Group airport transfers are included on arrival and departure days.

Is travel insurance required?

Yes, travelers must purchase travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and travel delays. Proof is due 30 days before departure.

What's the weather like in September?

What should I pack?

What payment methods are accepted? 

All payments must be made through our secure checkout using debit card, credit card, or Shop Pay. A 10% processing fee is applied to all transactions at checkout. This fee covers payment processing and platform costs. All payments must be submitted 60 days before the trip (July 18, 2026) to maintain your reservation.
